 The Ohio State Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation is devoted to the conservation and improvement of Wild Turkey and all wildlife habitat in the great State of Ohio.

Wolf Creek Chapter of Morgan County receives Awards at the National Wild Turkey Federation Convention & Sports Show

The Wolf Creek Chapter received awards for the “Jakes Day” event and the AEP Ohio Wolf Creek Chapter Wheelin’ Sportsmen Ultimate Team-Up Deer Hunt. Shane McGrew, Wolf Creek Chapter President accepted the Jakes award, Best Cooperator "Jakes Event" with partners American Electric Power, Ohio Department of Natural Resources - Division of Wildlife and Ohio National Guard, (McConnelsville). Dave Dingey, AEP and Chapter member accepted the Wheelin’ Sportsmen award, being “Best Hunting Event Runner-Up” for the Wheelin' Sportsmen Events. During the weekend the Chapter also received the 2011 L.A. Dixon, Jr. Memorial Outstanding Chapter Award - Half-Million Dollar Club.
